Obama represents something different backgrounds of Americans in general. Born from a father black, mother from Kansas and a white man raised in Indonesia and had lived in Hawaii of an impact. I see this refreshing.

I think, was raised in Indonesia by making a different way of thinking intellectual, but certainly not of political thought. Grew up here (Indonesia), I think Obama can make to see the world differently, as compared Mitt Romney who grew up in Detroit, Michigan that really shows the pride of the whites.

I think the person's background does influence attitudes, and for Obama, many of the Republicans who can not receive the difference from Obama. I have some friends, who could not accept the opportunity to discuss these differences.
